I can’t find a preferred design on the website, what should I do?

You can visit our Instagram Account: @Royalblooms for more inspiration and make an order by texting 9800-5801. Or, you can opt to customise your flowers, drop us a text at 9800-5801 and let us know what you're looking for.



Can I do self-collection?

Yes, you may do so at our workshop - 24 Geylang Lorong 34 (S) 398221 You can let us know via email or text message.



How do I make payment?

Credit Card (Paypal) for online orders If you order via SMS or Email, you can Bank Transfer to DBS Current 011-904-7453.



Where are you located?

Royal Blooms is a Singapore Online Florist entity. We do not have a retail shop for our customers to walk in.



What happens if my recipient is not available to receive the my order?

In the event if your recipient is not around at your given address, our delivery team will hand over your Flowers or Gifts to the person available at the address; or leave it with the reception or at the door. If there’s failed delivery attempt due to erroneous address by the sender, a redirection fee of S$15 is applicable.



Can I make a same day delivery order?

For same day delivery, do drop us an email at alexis@royalblooms.com.sg and we’ll advise you if we can make it happen for you.



Can I deliver my orders at a specific time frame of 1 hour?

Yes you may, an extra charge of $20 is applicable.
